The only way to get to Bako National Park is by boat up the Tabo River. This is after a roughly one hour bus trip from Kuching, the capital of Malaysian Sarawak. After a 15 minute journey up this beautiful river, you get dropped off at a beach and then have to report to the Visitor’s Center. Be on the look out for eagles and crocodiles as you make your way towards this amazing national park.
