Traveling Ted is a blog that takes readers along on my adventures hiking, canoeing, skiing, and international backpacking. Many blogs focus on one aspect of backpacking, but I tackle both the outdoor adventure side and international exploration as well.

Hué bronze cauldron

Hué bronze cauldron in the Imperial Citadel

Hué, Vietnam is an important historical site for Vietnam. The Imperial Citadel, the Perfume River, the Nguyen Dynasty tombs can all be found in the ancient capital of Vietnam. Hué was also the scene of heavy fighting in the Vietnam War and damage from shrapnel and bullets are still evident in the Imperial Citadel. This picture is a bronze cauldron in the Imperial Citadel.

Stay tuned,
