I got in late to the Juan Santamaria Airport in San José, Costa Rica. I booked a room at the Alajuela Backpackers Hostel. I got in late and disturbed my roommates as I fumbled with getting undressed and on top of my bunk bed. Thankfully, I had a headlamp, so I did not need to turn on the room lights.
Once I awoke in the morning you would think I would be motivated to get out and start the adventure. Not so fast: the hostel had amazing coffee, free wifi, and banana pancakes and fresh fruit. Time to decompress from the day of flying and chill a bit first before it was time to explore.
