Traveling Ted is a blog that takes readers along on my adventures hiking, canoeing, skiing, and international backpacking. Many blogs focus on one aspect of backpacking, but I tackle both the outdoor adventure side and international exploration as well.

Quetico spider webs

Dew clinging on Quetico spider webs in the morning

In Quetico Provincial Park in Canada there are certain moments and views which are just incredibly beautiful. Some are expected like sunrise and sunset or a beautiful sunny day hitting the cobalt blue of Lake Kawnipi. Some sublime moments will sneak up on you. This photo was taken from the Falls Chain in the morning. Morning dew clung to a group of spider webs along the lake shore that shone magnificently with the morning sun beating in on them. These moments do not last for long as the sun soon dried the dew and the scene was done like a fleeting rainbow.

Stay tuned,
