Traveling Ted is a blog that takes readers along on my adventures hiking, canoeing, skiing, and international backpacking. Many blogs focus on one aspect of backpacking, but I tackle both the outdoor adventure side and international exploration as well.

Trollhaugen Ski Area in Dresser, Wisconsin near the Minnesota border has been a hot spot lately for downhill skiing since this winter has had a really slow start in regards to snow. Fortunately, this location can carpet all of its runs with man-made snow, so as long as it is cold enough the ski area is open. Check out this Trollhaugen Ski Area action shot.
