Traveling Ted is mostly an outdoor adventure travel website, but sometimes what happens indoors is a big part of the outdoor experience. When cross-country or downhill skiing one of the best parts of the adventure is the before and after experience in the hotel, lodge, or skiing resort. Palmquist Farm near Tomahawk, Wisconsin have beautiful cabins to stay at prior and after an amazing cross-country skiing experience on their wonderful trails. Even if you are not a skier, this scene is enticing to just about anyone.
