Skiers recognize these pine trees as they are the gateway to great cross-country skiing and outdoor adventure on the Nordic Trails in South Kettle Moraine State Forest. This picture was taken two days after an ice storm, which although not so great for the skiing, made the pine and hardwood trees turn to a photographers dream.
