Horserace Rapids along the Peshtigo River
The beautiful Peshtigo River near Crivitz, Wisconsin is home to some great outdoor adventure opportunities. This photo was taken from Wildman Ranch which offers whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and soon zip lining. This is Horserace Rapids, which is a class IV designation and perhaps the premier whitewater stretch in Wisconsin. Besides whitewater rafting, the area is great for canoeing, camping, fishing, and hunting.
