The gorgeous green of the Philippine Batad rice terraces
The Philippine Batad rice terraces found in the Philippines are a spectacular sight in the Cordillera Mountains. Carved into the mountains, the terraces provide quite a vibrant green view. Batad is just north of the town of Banaue that can be reached by bus from Manila or Baguio.
