This pictures is in honor of the blizzard that swept through the upper Midwest on Sunday that stranded cars and demolished twinkie domes. The storm then swept across Lake Michigan and dumped copious amounts of lake-effect snow on northern Indiana.
This means that the Indiana Dunes State Park should be a great place to cross-country ski in the foreseeable future. With temperatures to remain below freezing cross-country skiing is on the menu and so is the likelihood of a white Christmas.
